I download with my email and serial. Install and then this happens. I have written to you from your homepage some weeks ago but no answer!!!!! I have OS X 10.8.2. I write you before this and wanted to change my email address. If I enter the new email address in the license file everything works until I try to open the plugin in Logic

I have altered the latency to 1024 and xxlarge buffers and draft. Nothing seems so be making it sound better.

I'm going out of my mind because all other plugins sound correct.

The wierd thing is that it seems to validate Cakewalks Z3ta ???????? Or am I wrong?

Could you please try this:

1. Download the full installer/setup (it has the latest binaries)
2. Delete /library/application support/kv331 audio/synthmaster
3. Reinstall full setup
4. set permissions of /library/application support/kv331 audio/synthmaster and all subfolders to read/write for owner/group/everyone.

then reboot, and run your DAW again.

I will have to try that one when I get home tonight. The wierd thing is that I bought a SSD and installed a fresh OS and then Logic and all the plugins i own. All plugins worked except Synthmaster wich failed. So Synthmaster was not installer previous on this system drive.

But I'm willing to try this and I'll post tonight if it worked but what about the strange things happening with the email in the keyfile?

Can you help me change the registration email to the right email address i want?

I have now done as thy said. And it worked perfectly. I must have done something wrong the first time around, very strange indeed. But I'm happy as hell anyways.

A little question. Will there be an update supporting several processors like Uhe Diva has? Because Synthmaster is pretty cpu hungry

You mean multiprocessor support? Well that's really a challenging one.

But, I'd really recommend lowering unison for those presets that use a lot of unison voices. Unison+analog filterr are realy CPU killers. Also, set engine quality to "draft" when tracking/recording. Set it to good/better/best when rendering to audio.

Hopefuly when I am working on the "Player" version of SM next month I'll work on optimizations as well.

Having this problem with the latest 2.6 update. Instructions above did not solve it ...

I have the same problem.

instructions didn't worked for me

i'm on mac with studio one.

vst or au send exactly the same error message about the invalid keyfile.

i didn't changed my email i have the same since i bought SM.
