Upon updating Synthmaster, I tried to instantiate it in Live 9. As soon as I drop it on a track live quits on me. I have tried the SynthmasterCM version and this does NOT happen to it. I'm not sure what changed, but I thought you would like a heads up. Other info - I am running live suite 9 in 32 bit, iMac OSX 10.6.8 4GB of RAM.

Could you possibly try the full setup?

I'll test within Ableton Live 8.2 tonight.

I just successfully loaded the most recent version of SynthMaster (AU and VST) in Live 9 32-bit on Mac OS 10.8.3 with no crash - SynthMaster working properly.

I used the full installer when upgrading to SynthMaster 2.6

still no bueno. I tried installing without removal. I also tried deleting and then installing. It opens in the most recent version of Live suite 8 no problem. Live suite 9 on the other hand, as soon as I try to open SM 2.6 on a track POOF there goes Live. can't make it happen. Please help

....not trying to be impatient here, but would at least like a "working on it" or some kind of acknowledgment. I sure would like to get back to using this synth again

meanwhile it's also possible to report Ableton about this. May be they will be able to help if the problem is within the host.

I'd recommend contacting Ableton on this. If it's working fine with v8.0, why is it crashing v9.0? I'll download the demo and try it today.

Also, does the OS give you a crash report? I can not solve this issue unless I have that report.

SM 2.6 working fine in Live 9 32bit, Windows 7 x64.

I'll post a screen grab of the crash. it's just weird that the other synthmaster versions work no problem. I just want to be sure that it have nothing to do with a combination of my OS plus live 9 and synthmaster.
