First it asks me if i'm a robot, then a few mouseclicks later i'm back to version 7.07

I installed the new 7.07 64 bit for new ableton live9 64.
But for old live8 32 i just want things to stay as they are.

The 7.07 installer has been the guy that killed my version 6 32bit btw

thanks again, this time the download worked.

killed: it simply overwrote the existing the 32 bit-plugins (i guess).

Not the 64-bit nor the 32-bit plugins showed up. had to uninstall both and
reinstall V7.07 64 to get the new ones working.

Well, it definitely overwrote the 32-bit plugins if you used the 32-bit installer, of course. But I don't see why wouldn't it work. Which host are you using? Can you try uninstalling everything and installing just the newest version?

You are changing the VST plugins path, aren't you?

yes, my VST path is D:\Instrumente\VST

That would explain it - you specified (intentionally or accidentally) the same path for 32-bit and 64-bit plugins and hence they have overwritten each other. Please try to uninstall everything and install just the 32-bit version. Then I'd suggest using for example D:\Instrumente\VST64 for 64-bit plugins to ensure you won't get into a trouble.
