i tried just selecting 32 or 64 versions
i tried as admisnistrator
i tried ...
what im i doing wrong ?

Fwiw: you could also try the latest (beta) version of the installers, afaik some installer issues with Windows have been fixed recently. If that still won't work, your feedback on that would probably also be more useful to the devs.

We have assessed that this is ready for release, but we need to wait with it until after Musikmesse - one simply can't release such a massive update when everyone is out of town for a week.
