Hello,
I'm demoing Effectrix and finding it to be a VERY cool plugin!! Quick question though. I a lot of my music goes through different meters - i.e. the first section might be in 4/4 but the second section is in 5/8. I know you can automate a ton in the plugin, setup different pattern keys and switch for different sections of the song, which is VERY COOL! But I'm wondering if its either possible to automate the grid to switch it say from 8 at 16th to 20 at 8ths? If not, is there at least some sort of "re-trigger" parameter that will force the playback bar return to 1 that I can hit on the fly and/or program into my DAW? Note: I am using the demo, which I'm unsure is full featured.

Think I found my answer - to take it out of Run mode and put it in MIDI note mode, which runs only when a midi note is held down. Does this mean I can no longer run it as a plugin in logic through, and have to run it as a "midi controlled effect" and side chain audio into it? Or is there a way to program this as an automation parameter?
similar question - is it possible to automate the loop bar position and length?

As you alrady found out you have to use MIDI to trigger Effectrix.
There is no other wa to trigger, so you have to use it as 'MIDI controlloed FX'.
The loopbar start/end is not automatable.
What you can consider is using different instances of Effectrix for the different meters because EFfectrix is very low on CPU.
