Has anyone used the 'Latch Controller' function?
It allows you to sequence a series of values from a given controller so that, for example, every time you hit a midi footswitch the controller advances to the next programmed value in the series. Very useful!!
I do wish that there was a way to reset the sequence whenever a sub-session was loaded so that the sequence always starts from the first value. Wish list.

That's just one of the "transition" issues with midiflow.
If one is using midi CC's to modify externals modules patches (I call this variations) there is a similar problem with initializing. Maybe triggers do the job technically but that's by far too inconvenient to me to expect anybody using this extensively. However with external sound modules it would open doors for customizing rompler sounds - and that's indeed a technique used in arranger keyboards to get sound variations. It's so to say the static variant of controller automation...
A lot of features and potential in HW and probably SW too remains unused. Instead makers tempt us to buy more and more gear and software...
