HELP! Purchased presets not showing Zebra2/hz SOLVED

I'm not totally dumb (most of the time) and after a long winded divorce, am finally beginning to resurrect my studio. I have both Diva and Zebra2+HZ and while Diva is recognizing my purchased new presets just fine, I cannot get either Zebra to acknowledge them... recently bought Stratospheres to bring a bit o joy into my life and darn it if I can enjoy it! Now realize a couple others I've tried to add don't appear.

Both Z2 and HZ play just fine. while my vst collection is all over the map and I need to consolidate it in one folder (I know, I know...maybe I am dumb!, I can't find any duplications of Z... but moving Stratospheres into the preset folder or it's contents does nothing... and yes, I've rescanned (Sonar X2a)and rebooted...several times. ':shock:'

At this point, I'm thinking of cleaning out all references of Zebra from my hard drives and reinstalling both Z2/ZHZ...then trying to add in the new patch folders...

Going to buy my chickens some more food and hope for any thoughts by the time I return.... Thanks a zil!:help:

In Zebra's patch browser, right-click the list of preset folders and choose "show in Explorer". This is where you need to put the presets. Then close the gui, reopen it and there they are

That was easy... will remember in the future. For some reason all my presets are now within the Dark Zebra folder... don't know why and never thought to look there. But the right click and browser trick took 2 seconds. Really appreciate it!

Looks like I have some housecleaning to do...deleting all the other spots I found zebra patches.... like in the vst folders where I figured they'd be...

ps... just tried that trick on alchemy, synthmaster, play, and a few others...doesn't work... no one does it like you guys! you R the man!
