So for my birthday this year, I picked up a Squier Vintage Modified Jaguar. Flipping fantastic for a $300 guitar.

Congratulations to both of you.
First wedding I've been to that I didn't want to be somewhere else. Apart from my own.
I'm tired of being insane. I'm going outsane for some fresh air.

daions are hidden gems, only made for a few years in the late 70s and early 80s...handmade in Japan, incredible craftsmanship and very sought after.

I'm planning on making my next bass once we have our machine up and running, and it's going to be a headless.
It's also going to have a three-octave, fretless neck.

This may seem like a silly question, but has anyone here played a fretless bass with a pick?
I don't think I ever have, and I don't have any picks anymore, so I can't try it and see how it sounds.

I've never liked the sound of plucking with a coin, so I know I won't like that.
I used to use near the thinnest picks you could buy whenever I played with a pick, which wasn't very often.

You can make a makeshift pick with a sharp knife and various pieces of plastic. Tops from food and drink containers is a good place to start.4lb Kitty wrote:This may seem like a silly question, but has anyone here played a fretless bass with a pick?
