I've read this term in the Sugarbytes "Terms and Conditions":
6. A license transfer is not allowed within 10 weeks after the purchase and is available for a fee
Does this really mean the buyer of Effectrix has to wait 10 weeks before he/she can sell Effectrix?
There were many people who have sold Effectrix from the Musician's Friend deal, and I'm sure that they didn't wait 10 weeks. Does the Sugarbytes "Terms & Conditions" apply to this sale, too? Or is it the AGB of Musicians Friend that applies to this sale?
And what sense does it make, waiting 10 weeks?
License transfer for Effectrix only after 10 weeks??

I suspect this refers to registered copies. The MF copies of Effectrix are unregistered until the person inputs the serial at Sugar Bytes.
Voxengo has a similar policy. It might discourage people from "flipping" products once a sale ends as they know they have to wait a certain number of weeks before being able to sell.
