It's a tempting offer for Harmless, but it is described by IL as being Harmor's little brother.

So if one has Harmor, is it any use to get Harmless too

I tried to use the coupon codes (FORUM, GROUP) while Harmless is in the cart, but it won't accept any of them

I haven't seen any "limited to X licenses" disclaimer...but anyway, i don't think there's any reason to wait on this, this is a greater deal than EOTW deal, lowest prices in the last couple of years (excluding the Pay What You Want introduction prices).
