Losing Patches when freezing track in Live

Love Synthmaster. But, just ran into an issue. Using the newest update of SM in Live 6.5 (yeah, I know... I need to update). Freezing tracks in the project because I'm using Synthmaster on several tracks. When I unfreeze the track the preset is gone and it's back to the default patch. I tried loading Synthmaster on a new track and picking a patch, to pull it out of default load-up, bu the unfrozen track still returns to the default patch. This really makes it difficult/impossible if I decide to tweak that frozen patch later on. Any ideas?

Yeah, I thought about that post-fact. Though, most of the time it's newly created patches or major tweaks of existing presets and I let Live save the patch in the project. All other VSTs retain that info. I just saw a post that the 2.6.3 update of SM fixes "SynthMaster doesn't load presets when the audio engine is stopped.". Maybe I have 2.6.2 and not 2.6.3. I'll have to check. Not sure if this will fix the issue or not.

Move your mouse over the "KV331 Audio SynthMaster" text, you'll see the version number on the tooltip window. If it's 2.6.3 let me know, I'll debug this further.

Aha. It's 2.6.4.2.32
So, what does that mean then Bulent?

Just ignore that 4 in the middle, it's 2.6.2, I think I fixed that confusion in 2.6.3mikemusicked wrote:Aha. It's 2.6.4.2.32

Bulent,
Installed 2.6.3 and re-opened the file. Unfroze a track. Synthmaster was on the default patch. But, the intended patch and band were selected/listed so it was easy to choose the patch. I selected the patch, refroze the track and saved. The next time I opened the file and unfroze the track the patch was there. So, all appears good now. Thanks.
