I think that it's normal that all names are written with just the first letter capitalized and not all of them.

That's pretty weak. Maybe he should be insisting that we refer to URS as "Unique Recording Software" instead. After all, that is their real name, and it obviously came about long after Urs was born.

I suppose it depends on whether he wants to blend in like a zebra or act like a diva. It would be pretty ace to call him "Urs" but kind of triply cheesey to have to call him by his last-name.
