Really? I never expected that to happen. Unfortunately that's too late to help - it doesn't seem possible to download them any more from my Mackie accountfrankvg wrote:Acuma Labs plugin seem to be in working order. Yaay!

Do you not have a copy of the T3 installer?aMUSEd wrote:Really? I never expected that to happen. Unfortunately that's too late to help - it doesn't seem possible to download them any more from my Mackie accountfrankvg wrote:Acuma Labs plugin seem to be in working order. Yaay!
I have the full and lite versions backup up, but unsure if we can redistribute?
Otherwise, not sure of the legal ramifications for TSC making them available to registered T2 & T3 users?

Yes but wasn't the Mackie mixing pack a separate install? I have the Windows version but never backed up the Mac as it didn't work and I thought there was no chance that it would..mcnelson wrote:Do you not have a copy of the T3 installer?aMUSEd wrote:Really? Sorry dude, I only have the Windows installer backed up. The full T3 installer contains these Mackie plugins though:

Now, i have a boxed copy of T3.
Ive just bought a Mac.
(Yes i binned the PC). 3 weeks of my life i wont get back.
n12 drivers solid under Moutain Lion.
This Mac has never had T3 loaded on to it.
Am i to assume that i can install the Mac version from the box.
Leave it unregistered, then scan plug ins in T4 to pick up Final Mix etc?
That would be rather ace cos i've just discovered that SSL are not writing a Mountain Lion driver for my Duende.
OK
Bit of progress.
I have just learnt that plugs labelled VST work on Mac!
They don't HAVE to be AUs. I did not know that.
I had them in the right place but i didn't bother scanning for VSTs.
On a Mac, that would be stupid right?
Wrong.
However, Final Mix itself is behaving oddly.
If i actually select the preset Final Mix in Final Mix i get silent mix.
Also its default state is muffled until i click the shelf buttons etc.
All the other Mackie plugs seem to work ok Reverb and Compressors etc.

Looks like I'm still having audio cut outs that didn't occur in the first few t4 versions... Can anyone help me figure this out so that I can get a good report out to Jules? -note: The log file does NOT show when it cuts out, and its a "randomly recurrent" issue. Any help would mean the world.
Thanks!
Thanks!

New to Mac.
Cant seem to specify plug in folder to scan.
So i assume its looking in one default place.
Where is that exactly?
Library?
I've just installed T3 from the box and not only can i not find the folder to scan, i can't find the Mackie Mixing Tools folder itself.
Any help?
Edit. Found the right folder to ut the plugs in library/audio/plug ins.
but where on earth might the T3 plugs have gone?
Edit. See above post.
Mac numpty has learnt something.

Actually I found out that I didn't even need to reinstall T3. Just clicked on the installer dmg to mount it, then rightclicked on the T3 package and selected "Show package contents". Inside that there's a folder called MacOs and in that one for the Plugins. Then I just copied the Mackie plugins to a folder of my choice and created a custom path for T4 to scan in prefs (didn't put it in my regular VST folder because other hosts would try and scan them and probably complain).shindigger wrote:Now, i have a boxed copy of T3.

I'm not sure why a release that clearly has issues, and changes to the auth system, would be made the current stable release, rather than beta.
The current beta is older than the latest stable release.

When did your issues begin, Ron? Was it when the audio engine was rewritten?rpc9943 wrote:Looks like I'm still having audio cut outs that didn't occur in the first few t4 versions...
