Hi U-HE people I'm a very happy owner of Diva and recently have started writing my new EP only using Zebra CM and Zebralette - I'm honestly stunned at the sound quality of these free synths and will be getting the Full Zebra soon.
The thing I noticed is that I find some of the Zebra CM presets come stunningly close to the sounds I'm trying to emulate - Think 80's Horror /Sci fi Cronenberg /Carpenter soundtrack stuff.
On the Videodrome Soundtrack I know Howard Shore used the Synclavier and I can get very close with Zebra CM it's scary LOL
Why is this? was the Synclavier FM /wavetable based? it's one piece of gear thats a mystery to me.
