It might be the CC binding on the Master Volume. Try loading a new patch, playing a clip, and watch the Master Volume knob in SM. If it drops to 0 then unlearn the knob.
If that's the prob I believe it was also fixed in an update.

Could you post a video demonstrating the issue ? or an audio render?
Works at KV331 Audio

Hi, the link for the video is:
http://www.screencast.com/t/DXmOFJw9B
I've done some more checks:
The problem also occurs on Ableton live 8 32 bit and Reaper 32 bit.
It is when I click on certain patches that the sound cuts out. E.g. 'AR Frequency Fighters BT'.

This was happening on Windows 7 *64 bit* when running Ableton Live 9 *32 bit* and Synthmaster 2.6.2 *32 bit*.
I wanted to do this so I could run my 32 bit plugins alongside Synthmaster without JBridge on Live 9 64 bit.
Possibly a scenario not tested (running 32 bit DAW with 32 bit Synthmaster on 64 bit Windows 7)?
Never mind, I've moved to all 64 bit now.
