I bought one of their hybrid synths last year, have become used to be treated badly by Arturia. Controller not working properly with software, so what do they do? Offer no fix, but issue a new product instead, while not including punters in upgrade deals like this

Analog Laboratory is the old software that was not working properly with the hybrid machinery, the new software that is replacing that is Minilab/Analoglab.

Though it says: "As an Arturia customer, owning 2 Arturia instruments, you are entitled to an exceptionnal offer".

I purchased and installed, the cost here was 19.00 US , I own the V3 bundle. INteresting that when you go into the preference it says I need the latest updates for Jupiter 8 V version 2.54, SEM 1.1.7 for the GUI editiing features and these updates haven't been posted. Also it says that Wurlitzer is missing but it isn't. The acutal basic features work well and the performance and multi/split features are good. I like the Chord assign to pads feature but they need a learn control from midi to really make it special. Assigning notes from a list is pain.

I don't own it.

But I do own Harmless from their pay what you want deal.. and it is fantastic to my ears. The demon girl is a bit creepy and off-putting in the about page though.

Too cheap right now to buy the bigger version, but if you like harmless you will surely enjoy the sounds that come out of it. Go give it a test run.
