It seems to utilise only one core on a quad core i5 imac as observed with 'top'.

Well no. Since I couldn't find it. I own the Diva and it's evident on the interface but I didn't see it on Ace. If it supports multi-threading that's fine, I'll buy it:). It sounded great. Thanks.

Check the revision number on the bottom right. It should show something well beyond 1500. If it's lower than that or if it isn't there at all then I suggest you download the latest version from our websitefeeltheillinois wrote:Well no. Since I couldn't find it. The multicore option is a very discreet little toggle next to the U-He logo in the top r/h corner of the i/f. You click the little (and I mean little) rectangle to the left of the text 'multicore' so that it lights up.

If it were easy, anybody could do it!

Little button at the top (looks like a little LED), slightly to the right of centre. When it's lit, it's multi-core enabled.
Q. Why is a mouse when it spins?
A. The higher the fewer.

Yep the issue seems to have been an older version that doesn't have the button. Problem solved after downloading the current version. All is good now thank you.
