Zebra Bank MSB bug

I think I found a bug from Zebra. I have folders like this:

MIDI Programs
- 1 basses1
- 2 basses2
- 3 leads1
- 4 leads2
- 5 ...


I can choose bank with Bank MSB message and then send program change messages.

BUT this does not work for banks number 9, 13, 18 and 26. If you try to change to bank 9 it changes to bank 8, if you try to change to bank 13 it changes to bank 12, etc...

I found an easy workaround by creating empty "stub" folders for the not working bank numbers but still wanted to report this.
