DubStation.MuSynth

Using the MultiSampla, Loops were converted to .ogg for storage reduction
Original Royalty free loops were from Computer Magazine
Dub Dark Samples (CM152 disk)

consists of 24 - 2 bar loops at 87BPM
Set the tempo to 87 BPM to sync with other tracks.

Midi trigger keys are:
C2 - G3 -- 20 2 bar drum and bass loops
G#3- A3 -- 2 drum only 2 bar loops
A#3- B3 -- 2 bass only 2 bar loops

All keys are re-looped e.g. hold down a key to repeat a loop
You can create a track by recording either audio or midi and keying on bar intervals or step sequencing with the midi editor.

INSTALL
unzip recognizing folders:
Mulab\user\Library\MuSynth\DubStation.MuSynth
Mulab\User\Library\Waveforms\<loops.ogg>

Just a different approach.

bizarre

More attacks on the Dub. I hooked up a few MuLab instruments - DubBass, House Kit and epiano (tweaked to a guitar). The result is a MuSession named - Rubadub (21MB) - since all the samples are embedded. You should be able to download it and play it straight away. It actually could use a little more work.

But in case you want to hear what it sounds like, I also rendered this to an MP3. Here is the link to - Rubadub.mp3.

The LFO is free running, but restarts on every new note.
What do you mean about that? For me, an lfo that is free running does not restart on every note.

Post

This was about the WoBazz preset: With free running i meant that the LFO is not synced to the tempo. Note that you can sync LFOs to the tempo if you want: Enable "Tempo Sync" on the LFO. Also note you can also do 'global' LFOs that are common to all voices. Therefore insert an LFO in the parent MUX of the polysynth, then route that LFO to a Modulation Input (create one!) in the polysynth. Then in the polysynth you can use this global modulation signal to modulate anything you want.

Didn't anyone check the factory library for sounds?
E.g. Bass section and look for "Dub" or Wobble"?

Cheers
