1. A "clear modulation" or a "clear all" toggle for the modulation matrix. I am programming Synthmaster a lot these days, basically working from the presets of others and I find myself not able to hear the modulations that I am doing because pre-existing modulations cancel them out. I may not see that modulation because it's 2 or 3 pages deep in the modulation matrix. It's a bit labor-intensive going through and clearing out pages and pages of modulation targets and sources.
2. Arpeggiator as modulation source. This could be very cool.
But neither is a deal-breaker.

You can use he arpeggiator as a modulation source in the following way:
Set up the arpeggiator step volumes as you wish, then modulate the parameter you are targetting with the "MIDI Velocity" modulation source.
