Anyone else experience big CPU hit when Kirnu GUI open?

I noticed that when the GUI is open, a very small Cubase 6 project with Kirnu and one loaded synth VSTi leads to a big CPU spike.
CPU usage goes from about 5 to 6 percent when the GUI is closed to about 24 to 26 percent when it is open and the project is running.
Is anyone else experiencing anything of that magnitude?
I don't experience that type of jump with any other open GUI when open while running.

No, But I'm using Reaper so maybe it's a Cubase specific issue.como baila wrote:I noticed that when the GUI is open, a very small Cubase 6 project with Kirnu and one loaded synth VSTi leads to a big CPU spike.

Thanks for responding!
I have Reaper as well, so I'll try opening Kirnu on the same computer and see if it's a platform or system issue.
BTW these was under WinXP with the 32 bit plugin.
