Sorry, Howie didn't think they'd fit. So we decided to release them as a free download, e.g. on or around the 24th of December.

Thanks to Nick and Urs for this (belated) Zebra holiday present!

(One minor note to the included readme: you can use refresh/reload to see the presets after installation. You do not have to restart the plugin.)
