- Sugar Bytes Thesys
- Sugar Bytes Artillery 2

I just checked their website and don't see the sale prices, so I'm assuming that the sale starts on August 1.
Great prices, but these guys are only shipping stuff by surface mail right? They do not deliver licenses via E-mail?
So, its August now!
Where do i find the deals?
well their online july catalog is still up too so maybe they make the changes when the catalog gets updated (or maybe it in store only?)....
I have no idea, but I'll take another look at the ad when I get home. Also, I got a sale flyer from MusiciansFriend yesterday with the same plugins and prices, although D16 Drumzaon (the one I really want, of course) was the only one not listed.
Logic Pro | LUNA Pro | OB-X8 | Prophet 6 | OB-6 | Rev2 | TEO-5 | Pro 3 | SE-1X | Minitaur | Deepmind 12D | Integra-7 | TR-1000 | Analog RYTM mk2 | Digitakt 2 | TD-3 MO | TD-3 | Maschine+

Seems to be live now...

Does someone has a link to the Guitarcenter website?
Obviously it's not this one:
http://www.guitarcenter.com/New-Gear.gc ... =1&src=d16

It's there you just have to click on the search result then the price changes (at least it did for me)...

Also the deals are live in store as well. They had deal marker things underneath a bunch of the software, luckily got the last artillery at my store (plus drumazon)

Are they downloadable?

Now this is the 4th time that Sugarbytes sells their stuff in the USA for super-cheap prices and $30 while I have to pay the full price in Germany although Sugarbytes is a company in Berlin/Germany and I'm German, too... :?

I'm really getting angry about this company. Either they should have the same sales in Germany, too, or they shouldn't have any sales at all! :x

No, same as all their other software sales, boxed product with serial inside. So downloadable in the sense that you register and download, not downloadable in the sense that you buy it online and download it right away

Tricky-Loops: This happens all the time not only with Sugar Bytes. I bought Flux Verb from a "sale" that was advertised as once in a lifetime deal, 2 days later, another shop had it on sale for $100+ less! I didn't get a refund, Flux didn't even bother to reply to my emails. False advertising.

If it can wait, buy all your stuff on black friday's.

Just wondering, as Australia is a BIG country (many desert areas, but anyway) -- isn't there a big online shop like AudioDeluxe or GuitarCenter or JRR Shop?

Because I haven't seen any Australian ONLINE musician shop with real cheap plugin sales until now...

Thanks for the info, ezeldow1! Are you guys able to buy them right in the store, then? Yeah, I'm feeling a little impatient and don't want to wait for it to ship.

There are some overpriced online stores with very limited items, mostly hardware and nothing like AudioDeluxe or GuitarCenter. I never bought VST software in Australia because it was either not available or way overpriced.

But still, you get to live in Australia. That's gotta be worth suffering overpriced vts's.... well my opinion anyway (spent a few happy years there back in the day).

I'm not sure if anyone should 'suffer' and if you think everything is candy here you might want to read this, not to mention how bloddy hard it is to find a job. I support local stores and buy almost all my hardware locally (if available!) even if overpriced. The original question was about Australian ONLINE musician shops - and there is no one in Australia that offers the software variety including smaller companies like Audiodeluxe does.

Heh, well it was meant as a bit of a joke actually... but yeah I've actually lived in or spent fair amounts of time in several of the cities that made that "most expensive" list. That includes Sydney (lived in Avalon, worked in N Sydney) and well I guess while it is definitely a "to each their own" thing to me none of the others compared to the quality of life I found in Australia. Again, definitely a to each their own deal but despite watching my pennies I managed to have loads of fun there.
