I like the avatars for company reps (and associated verbiage to not use them if not associated) obviously... Looks like they'll be able to be disabled in the future too, so I can't see it as all that bad anyway.

I think Avatars are useful for identifying people, as long as they don't take over the display.

The funny thing is that this was my first thought when I saw the new KVR look this morning. I just didn't want to bring up because I felt like you guys already took enough flak over this GUI, and to be fair you did fix it really nicely.
