Really enjoyed that. Sort of somewhere between the Tuss and Drexcya. What outboard gear did you use to process the synths?

out board gear was 1176 (overdriven and mixed gently back in (-25db wet to 0db dry), pultec and API eq's finished TG1 Limiter by Chandler. Also used UAD studer and ampex on some channels with their Ocean way reverb and valhalla reverb. Im getting a D550 (hopefully) soon from a guy in the states that responded to a previous post, so hoping to incorporate that at some point!

ben,
The intro is rather odd, but then it gets better & better for me as it progresses. I ended up thinking it sounds pretty cool! BTW, if you haven't updated your VDM lately, check it out: significant improvement in my opinion (unless you're using Windows XP, then forget about it, from what I understand).

thanks for your post aaron.
i spent about 10 mins googling and wondering why vitual desktop manager was relevant, was i missing a piece of hardware interface? oh god! I need that!
then it clicked..
by VDM I meant actual drum machines. I use the Goldbaby sample set (most of them) and Driven Machine Drums 2. I also have some E-MU samples.

Sounds like fun Ben. Is this the software version of M1? I'm a big fan of Spark meself, and of course DIVA.

Hi yes it is. Although i'm giving serious consideration (to eating your wife) to buying a Korg M1. Can anyone shed any light on the differences from the perspective of having used both?
Thanks for the feedback guys.

ben,
Sorry for the confusion, I was trying to avoid saying Arturia on u-he's forum......and now I ended up doing just that.
