not that i'm surprised anymore, even with your latest statement but let me finally say:
if i needed one last impulse to really break up with your company as a customer you delivered now. thank you for that!
You're giving up on them...then don't constantly come back moaning about this.

OK maybe now we can COMPRESS the thread into pertinent plugin discussion (heck, even pertinent Custom Shop discussion, but with actual accurate information - and by the way I've heard even more about multiple cool things coming down the line with Custom Shop and purchasing, etc but I don't want to be accused of making any "promises" so I'll keep quiet for now - and LIMIT the dead horse beating if you've already committed to rage quitting IK?
Yes, that was simply an excuse to use those two VERY corny puns to try to get back on track. I apologize. I had to do it, though. I promise it won't happen again (obviously I'm lying there, I will definitely be corny again). But I am 100% serious that we are taking Custom Shop's evolution seriously, we have been all along, and will continue to. We've based some on suggestions here, but also across our whole user base, and I'm sure a large percentage of our users will be very happy. I really don't appreciate being called a liar when I do exactly what I've stated, and we have made many changes and fixes based on user reports here, there, and basically everywhere.

Actually it's about how sad and disappointed is murnau and how much money he invested and if someone say "new fixes and gear is tested" he understand "CS is being ditched".kvaca wrote:is this topic still about precision comp/limiter...or about how crappy IK business model actually is?
Well, some info still is:kvaca wrote:Im sorry, but its so hard to find any usefull info about quality of these new plugins here...maybe wrong topic?

Just because you spent a lot on them does not 'entitle' you to jump into any thread to bounce on them...you are acting like a whiny child at this point.

Yes it is 3 consecutive days at this point (I'll make no promises - emphasis not for you... but we have definitely been discussing evolution of Custom Shop and how 3 days is short for many, honestly it was stated mostly in T-RackS context but I'll continue to relay that there are some that also feel it short for AmpliTube of course). It resets in 6 weeks as stated already above, too. Thanks.5Lives wrote:Is the demo period still 3 continuous days? I'd like to purchase some amps, but no way I can decide in 3 days.

3 not-necessarily-consecutive days would be more useful, FWIW.Peter - IK Multimedia wrote:Yes it is 3 consecutive days at this point5Lives wrote:Is the demo period still 3 continuous days? I'd like to purchase some amps, but no way I can decide in 3 days.
An idiot on Set Theory:
"In some cases there is an object called red that contains everything that is red. In much the same way a pot is a plate."

Hopefully we'll get to something even better than that but I now choose and mark my words even more carefully because I apparently appear to promise the world when I state that we're really considering some viable and excellent options for improvement. You, however, have never failed to understand the constructs of any message I've posted as far as I know but there's clear evidence of others not understanding my posts even in this very thread.whyterabbyt wrote:3 not-necessarily-consecutive days would be more useful, FWIW.Peter - IK Multimedia wrote:Yes it is 3 consecutive days at this point5Lives wrote:Is the demo period still 3 continuous days? I'm not even trying to tease or anything like that. I've been here for a long while before IK and I do try to be an advocate where and when possible and give hope but not false hope too. I do, of course, have confines and limitations to what I can say or do - especially when the "do" part or end result/decision is out of the range of my skill set, authority, or responsibilities at IK. But still, I really do try to go about giving information (including some of the simplest of hints that are instantly figured, typically) with the goal of signaling future change. Plus, I've been doing my best to *still* recommend that people go into any IK purchase (or ANY purchase at that) with eyes only on what you get out of it NOW. I hope that isn't misunderstood by many, but I see I've been clearly misunderstood quite a bit by someone in this thread.
