IIRC the "Two Point Five" folder has been removed. All the presets that used to be in there have been shared amongst the category folders i.e. you have lost nothing.

Zebra 1560 keeps asking for the serial and then crashes Cubase. PISSING me off like it never should.
OSX 10.8.4 Cubase 6.5.5 x64

What's happened is, i have a BIG remix project that was tipping my CPU over the edge, so i switched EVERY synth off, and saved. THEN i have updated Zebra and opened the project again and each time i bring up the GUI of the disabled synths, the license dialogue jumps up. If i load a Zebra fresh, it's licensed.

What email should I send a screenshot to? PM me please.
The active Zebras are registered, the inactive zebras are in demo mode, and when i activate or register them Cubase crashes.

I rolled back to 1533 but same behaviour.

I should also state that this is a VST3.

Can you send a screenshot of the license dialog to support at u-he dot com?

Also, maybe remove the following file:

MacHD/Users/You/Library/Application Support/u-he/com.u-he.Zebra2.plist

Then retrieve a new serial number from http://www.u-he.com/cms/uhesupport and register it.

Thanks - got them.

While it's very strange that this happens, those are from revision 1533 - one of our possibly buggy public betas.

I'd suggest to remove every instance of Zebra2.vst and Zebra2.vst3 from both ../Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VSTx/ in both Libraries (also in VST/u-he/ subfolders), then reinstall with the latest version from our website.

I did as you just said.
No matter what I do, as soon as I register then activate the instance of Zebra, Cubase crashes.

Did you try to remove every old version and reinstall?

Also, what happens if you do not install VST3? - Maybe it's an issue with both VST2 and VST3 in the same project.

Do you get a crash log?

Yes, removed every trace, then fresh install.

ALL of my instances in Cubase are VST3.

No crash log that i know of, where would this be saved?

Well, you say it crashes - usually on MacOS X you get this gibberish-style information that you can choose to send to Apple. In this case it would be great if you could copy/paste it into an email to us.

Alternatively there should be a file in

MacHD/Users/You/Libary/Logs/CrashReporter

I'm quite irritated by this - never had that before. Maybe I need to send you a current build from us with additional debug info.

From the looks I think it's releated to our file system abstraction. It's in a part of code that Clemens maintains, and Clemens is on holiday till Monday.

I'll upload the latest build which unfortunately needs manual installation. If it's a known issue then it may already be fixed, otherwise I'll make it Clemens' priority for next week.

Compiling it now and will upload shortly.

Dunno... I guess that applications can suppress that dialog to send it to Apple... not sure.
