Global Filter Control

I'm sure this question has been beaten to death, but i've seen people on here say that i can be done but i haven't been able to do it. But, is there annnnnyyyyy way to put both layers through one filter? Or to control both filters with one envelope. This has been killing me ever since the start of using synthmaster.
