This begs a question on a general note. I realize people may get multiple offers, but I would expect that once seller agrees, and asks buyer to transfer money - the deal is sealed. I am not sure what happened in this particular instance, but clearly, if you accept an amount, you shouldn't back out afterwards - that's not cool, at least in my view. I would never do that. What is the general consensus?
