I've never used the Timewarp 2600 and it is hard to tell from that image what is going on since there are unwired default routings. I have no idea what that even might sound like, but it is likely that Bazille can get close.

As far as I can see (never have Timewarp 2600)
VCO2 PWM Audio Out -> VCA Audio In
Gives us Amplitude Modulation

VCA Out -> SH Noise Gen In
SH Out -> VCO 3 FM Noise Gen In
VCO 3 Pulse Out -> VCF FM In
Gives us Filter Mod with Sample/Hold
VCO2 PWM Audio Out -> VCA Audio In
