Getting samples in MULAB XT to work with keyboard taps

Hi there,

I've just started using MULAB again, and am trying to get a funk breakbeat to play in the Sampla. The extension of this is me being able to record it into MULAB.

Does anyone know how I could map the sample locator points to keys on my keyboard (not MIDI, laptop keyboard) i.e F1-F12, and record the audio like that?

Currently I can find no 'play' areas, e.g it doesn't have a feature to playback.

Hope this is a simple resolvable issue for one of you. Many thanks for any help.

I actually managed to get it to work - I opened GM Drumset in another rack but went back to the Sampla and pressed "open virtual MIDI keyboard" and the funkymule-rides.wav is fully working. Now I just have to check the tempo is on link with what I've set it as.
