I've tried to somehow automate the trigger-button (Flange-mode) on a software-instrument-track,
but without success. In Logic 9.

Any solution for the task?

Can you not simply send it MIDI notes, or MIDI learn some CC# to it, as intended?

Actually, the midi notes are received by the software instruments...

Ah, gotcha. Haven't used Logic in quite a while.

In other hosts, the 'Trigger' button on Satin's GUI does not seem to be associated with any plug-in parameter exposed to automation. So unless you can work around the issue, e.g. by routing instrument audio to another track and inserting Satin there, I guess you're out of luck, for now at least.

Ok, I've verified this.

The parameter is supposed to be automatable but isn't. I'm filing a bug report.

Hi Urs,
actually i also tried auto Midi Learn on Aux tracks. This doesn't work either so far...

Nevertheless, the sound qualitiy of this plug in is superb...
