existing customers of your bank are getting the update how?
thank you!
Whoa, sorry about forgetting to mention that! You should have the link in the original email from when you purchased the bank. The download link does not expire.

EDIT: Just found the "send an update email" button on the E-junkie seller admin page. Wish I'd seen that sooner.

Thanks everyone! :)

Thanks for the update!
Happy, I found the orginal email and download link in my mail archive.
It`s not a bug... it`s a feature!

You're welcome!
Just curious - did the original link you got when you first purchased it give you the updated version?

Got mine.

What's odd though (well apart many of the patches seem to have a default control performance mappings that make them very low in level)
is that if I open and play in Zebra HZ it keeps crashing my Cubase 7.... they seem to work fine in Zebra 2, but crashing in Zebra HZ on 10.7.5..

is this happening to anyone else?

It's been a loooong time since I dropped in. Been pretty busy over here. I've done some lurking here and there, but that's about it.
Anyhoo, a couple things:
I'm adding some more presets to The Zebra Orchestra, nothing too much, just 17 to be exact. The Zebra Orchestra will also go on sale again here shortly. It'll be $20 again, and after the sale is over, it's only going back up to $35...

:EDIT: The update is free! :EDIT:

Also, I'm working on several other banks. They will all be smaller and more focused on certain genres of preset than The Zebra Orchestra. There will be a soundscape library, a percussive library, a rhythmic synth library(it's going to be very aggressive, warm, gritty, and sequence driven. I might expand it to include more, but the entire bank will be very arpeggio/MSEG driven) I've been trying my hand at the ethnic stuff that everybody was excited about, but that is a CHALLENGING project! :phew:
There's other stuff too, but I can't bring any of it to mind.(kinda sleepy)

I've also got a little freebie in the works, themed around animal sounds, which is something Zebra can do very nicely. I'd like to have a couple demos up for these projects in the next couple months, so keep your eyes peeled!

One more thing: Congrats u-he team for the Satin release! I grabbed the demo the other day, but I haven't had time to crack into it much yet. I just got a chance to play with some of the presets. But so far - beautiful!!

I hope you are all doing well,

- Corin
Did you actually play through these patches to see if they work? Most of the brass and strings don't.

I'm on XP.

check the performance page. a lot of patches have default settings that make them play very very low in volume until you move the performance settings to closer to the centers.

from the original thread:

Make sure you've got Zebra's modwheel hooked up to a MIDI controller. It's pretty much silent at the default setting.

Thanks! Yes, the modwheel is SUPER important with the bank. I lifted the idea from The Dark Zebra bank. I like to think it encourages the user to write more dynamically. Also, it seems to take a lot less time to sit something into a mix with the Reverb/Delay levels hooked up to an XY pad together.
I love the comb filter. It's one of the big things that keeps me coming back to Zebra.

It really adds to the expressive quality of Esgalachoir's patches.

Awesome update! Thanks. Getting back into the Orchestra.

It's making me aware that I do not have adequate XY midi control for Zebra.
