Missing download link and no support...

Hi

I bought the "Everything Bundle", but didn't get a download link for Nori Ubukata Pop Hits Volume 2. I have contacted support 3 times now and didn't get any resonse whatsoever. I am very dissapointed about the lack response and support

But what do I do now to get what I actually have paid for. Any suggestions?

i would suggest to calm down a bit. sure they will contact you soon - it's weekend and hello? you bought for over $300 a plugin + many banks and bitching about a $15 bank you'll sure get in the next days/hours anyway. jesus..

Well - I bought it aug 26 and contacted support 3 times since then. Don't think they will get back to me.

I do not believe I received a link for that bank either. I did go out to their website and clicked on the User Area, found the link and was able to download the bank.

yes! this is true! even if you don't have a direct link you can download the bank from the user area of the synthmaster website with your code!

the list sent to you obviously needs updating! (these are often sent out via a automated service)

Guys sorry about the delay. I normally receive all the emails that come through:
