I unpacked the pack overwriting the whole tree, can it be some stray file of config file interferes...? I'm using the last version 5.2.16 and 1.2.

Best to unpack to a new folder, then copy your user settings from the previous install.Zombie Queen wrote:I unpacked the pack overwriting the whole tree
No, the OS registry is not used, only the MUX folder.can it be some stray file of config file interferes...?
Both MUX 5.2.16 and MUX 1.2 at the same time?I'm using the last version 5.2.16 and 1.2.

I'll try and see if it helps.mutools wrote:Best to unpack to a new folder, then copy your user settings from the previous install.
Yes, I have them both installed, I'm not running both in a project though. 1.2 is rock stable for me and does what I was primarily looking for, so I wanted to keep it as is, while being able to keep an eye of the development of newer versions. Both MUX 5.2.16 and MUX 1.2 at the same time?
I wonder, version 5 has multicore support, which wasn't there in 1.2?

Multi-core support is implemented in MuLab's audio engine, not MUX Vst.Zombie Queen wrote:I wonder, version 5 has multicore support, which wasn't there in 1.2?
