He already converted it to USD 1:1, so the bid is now at 30 USD.Breeze wrote:... not even American Potatoes?Sampleconstruct wrote:...and potatoes are also not accepted this year!![]()
@Luftrum: how will you handle carlbe's 30€ quote? Note that I have no interest in this item; I just think there should be a policy to handle this (Luftrum does the conversion, or the poster notified, or any non-USD bid is automatically disqualified, or...)

The conversions I made was only an exception. Bids in EUR will be ignored from now on. I will write it on the frontpage.
THANKS to Cabelguys and everyone else sharing, it's really appreciated and very important for the charity awareness.

I was thinking more of the case where there are 3 items all currently with $20 bids and then someone bids $25. I think last year it was first in, last out at a given bid level, but I'm not positive.Luftrum wrote:Exactly this. The lowest bid will always be replaced by a higher bid. So, you cannot 'target' an product to bid on if there is another of the same product at a lower value... if that makes any sense.paulbreeze wrote:
That should be a simple lowest price first ?! Shouldn't it?
Say, there are three pieces of the same item :
#1 : $10
#2 : $15
#3 : $12
If I now bid $13 for the item, than the lowest price - $10 - should get dropped and replaced by mine.
#1 : $13
#2 : $15
#3 : #12

In that case, I will start replacing from the top (#1) regardless of who bid first or last.winds350 wrote:I was thinking more of the case where there are 3 items all currently with $20 bids and then someone bids $25.
