Version 7.13: Size Y-axis > 110 Zoom Problem (?)

For some reason, in version 7.13, on the "Settings" page, any setting of the Size Y-axis parameter over 110% results in a deformation of the rotary knobs in the Edit windows when the X-axis is over 110%. Is this normal?

I think it is normal, it didn't occur before?
It all depends on the style, but in most cases it does that. After all the rotary knobs are moved by dragging up and down, so it doesn't really matter if they are "vertically deformed".
