hi, does this work as a plug-in with Digital Performer? Or do i have to drag the audio into it? Also can you do anything with the Manalyser you can't do w/ MultiAnalyser, when both are paid versions?

Try demoing to make sure it works.
I'll let Vojtech answer of there's any goodies in MAnalyzer not in MMultiAnalizer. Not sure. I prefer to use MAnalyzer when I only want to look at one thing, because it doens't have the extra UI elements the Multi version needs.
DP isn't a super common DAW (I use Reaper) but I suspect it'll work just fine. Put the plugin on the tracks you care about, tada! All effects are available as fully functional trial versions for 15 days, then they become demoversions with several limitations and need to be activated. You can activate separate plugins if you don't like the whole bundle. Note that bundles contain only effects, no instruments.

thanks, i'm too lazy to DL the whole suite and muck w/it to find out if its buggy or not. Digital Performer is one of the the main DAWs around. Its #1 in film/tv/ world... also the biggest live acts use it to sequence the heart of lights/playback/triggering/midi...
still curious about MAnalyzer vs. MMultiAnalizer in a nutshell.

It should work in DP without problems. But you should try it anyway, that's never a bad thing.
MMultiAnalyzer is less scientific and designed specifically to compare multiple tracks realtime - you put it on all tracks and that's it. With MAnalyzer you can analyze only one track, but it provides some extremely scientific features if that's your goal.

thank you for the clear explanation. I was on the Digital Performer Forum and people do in fact use MeldaProductions stuff there... not only that but they speak very highly of it. I am excited to try it now, thanks again.
