(Note: all links that follow are to music, of course, except for Future-Kill, which is the trailer, but some of the synth score comes in about halfway through.)
I love vhs company logo tunes (big points for and ). I love synth scores to 80s B and Z-grade horror and sci-fi films like , , , Star Crystal, , , , and so on.
I'd rather Front 242's "Take One" over the positively dense stuff on 06:21:03:11 Up Evil (as much as I dig that too) or Chemlab's ep, all done only with an Emax according to Jared ("The sound of Iggy and the Stooges hacking the mainframe." early press release stuff said at the time.
Yeah, I'll chase the sound design (since I'm below rotten at such) of the lead synth sound of Carpenter's Escape From New York Main Theme my whole life likely, but my faves are the low end of such things.
Everyone loves fancy-schmancy, complex and high-end production and I'm over here all: "I love Crisis N.T.I.'s ".
Too much punk in my cyber I guess.
(Well, damn. I thought I encoded it so that only links would show and not YT previews. Ah, well. Sorry.
