Hi Sascha and the team,

I'd like to ask some questions about the forthcoming Presswerk compressor plugin.

First, is it just a compressor, or does it also feature a maximizing limiter/clipper stage ?

I ask that because I really like am|munition, and I think the limiter/clipper stage on that one is real good, with all the clipping/saturation possibilities offered in expert mode.

That said, do you plan to continue your work on tube modeling at u-he ? Because the eFX Tubestage is just stunning, and something like that on steroids would be amazing.

Now, I throw that suggestion again : a parallel passive mastering equalizer with that kind of complex tubestage at the output (interacting with the bands gain), would be exceptionnal.

Keep doing the best, and keep releasing magnificent tools !

In the style of Satin, will it be a Compassion-style construction kit?

Will it be yellow?

I'm blind... ;)

Honestly, I can't say anything at this stage. I'll be getting back to Presswerk shortly but it's been a while since I touched it, and there's sooo much to do to make it a real product. The GUI is non-existent, the layout is counterproductive, the workflow too arbitrary etc.
It's like as if you're re-mixing a song you haven't heard in a while and now see it from different angles.
Presswerk is already good, at least it sounds so, but I want it killer. We need time.
