Posting positive feedback for Karten.
We tried to make a deal on The Sound Guy SFX Machine Pro, but never got a reply from the company. Karten offered me a refund before I had given up waiting for a reply from the The Sound Guy.
When I gave up waiting, I asked Karten for my money back and received it after a couple of hours. So you know you can count on him if things don't go as planed.
