I already own Zebra 2 and am very happy with it. I'm want to buy Zebra HZ, as I want to expand my presets and the demo video sounds really cool.
Now I 've been searching the forum for ages to try to find out if Zebra 2 and Zebra HZ are AAX supported, it seems not. Will they be AAX supported, and if yes round about when. I fully understood if you can't at this moment explain fully when they're going to arrive, but an indication would be much appreciated.
I've started producing an album and am going to work in Pro Tools 11, but it doesn't support RTAS formats, which you know means that I can't run Zebra or Zebra HZ in my sessions, which would be a real shame. I need to run Pro Tools 10 instead of Pro Tools 11, as the 64 bit architecture means I can use my 8 GB RAM and have a faster processing speed, as the processor can now handle 64 bits at a time. I need the extra processing power, as I often hit problems during quite small track counts.
Could anyone clarify this issue?
Thanks

Hi,
sure, all our plugins are at some point going to be released as AAX versions, including Zebra2 and ZebraHZ. AAX betas for more of our products should become available within the next weeks.
Although we don't directly support it because it involves 3rd party software, people have been known to successfully load our VST/AU plugins into Pro Tools by "wrapping" them using other RTAS/AAX plugins that can sub-host VST/AUs.
Cheers
