We've just released SpectrumWorx version 2.9.0 with 64-bit support. It's a free update.

This needs a mention:

- Windows: changed the installation engine from InstallJammer to the native Windows Installer (MSI). If you have a previous version installed and would like a clean system, please manually uninstall the previous version and delete the hidden "Program Files (x86)\InstallJammer Registry" folder if there are no other InstallJammer-based installations on your system (in which case the only file, along possible empty folders, in the "InstallJammer Registry" folder should be installkit.exe).

I've been using this 64-bit release for 2 days now with Logic Pro X, and it's working great so far.
SpectrumWorx is a fantastic sound mangling tool.
Can't wait to see what you've got in store for it!

I know I've been a pita regarding the lack of a 64-bit implementation of Spectrumworx so I figure I should turn up here and say thanks a lot LE for at delivering. Thanks guys!

Yes thanks a lot. Working really well for me here in Ableton Live and Logic X.

However i'm curious how to get side channel input in Logic.

uninstalled old version as suggested. deleted that folder. -> check
installed new version (it's 2.9.2, actually). -> check
pre-tested as usual in savihost -> crash
loaded in cantabile lite 2.0 (another test host) -> crash
loaded in studio one 2.x (latest) -> crash
I'm on winxp32.

Yes.."mhh"...we haven't yet experienced this...I'm sorry SW misbehaves for you like this...
I'm stabbing in the dark here a bit so can you please describe in more detail the steps that lead to the crash (or is it just opening the host with SW 2.9 installed)? Can you try uninstalling and installing again?

I replied to that thread you mentioned above. Uninstalling/reinstalling was the first thing I did yesterday, btw.
No success, though. Same effect (savihost only) on another XP32. Heeeeeelp
