Pertubator is from France! You need a French synth and French effects (I'm not allowed to mention their names)... :P

A good start would be u-he Diva. The synths it emulates were very popular in the 80s. You also should look into a distortion plugin. Several of the sounds sound (to me ) like they've been run through a guitar FX chain (distortion pedal, amp sim).

tal u-no-lx and bassline-101, d16 lush-101

I hate to brake it to you, but just about any respectable VA-synth (including the usual free suspects) are capable of those sounds :D

Not to beat a dead horse or anything, but Synth1 would probably be a great choice for this sort of thing. It's almost always my synth of choice for arpeggios and raspy synth pluck type stuff.

Download LinnDrum and Simmons drum samples or check Arturia Vintage drums or XLN Audio Reel Machines.
Good free VSTi is SQ8L for some signature sounds.
And of course Korg M1 and Wavestation.

Yeah, I didn't want to state the obvious besides already pointing out 'the obvious' :D

But while we are at it, get Synth1, Oatmeal, especially SQ8L and Voyager. Cram all the available soundbanks into those and you got a decent setup for that kind of music. The drums sound more like samples then 808/909 style drum machines, but there's a lot available in that area also (for free as well).

Tone2 Saurus.... Is very capable as well.

You can't go wrong with Diva or Tal either - So many choices. :)

i'm a huge fan of 80s italo music...how on earth is that even associated with it ? sounds nothing like it.
at best it's similar to some 80s horror soundtracks...remotely.
in any case lots of chorus in there and juonoish. so I suggest uno-lx.

Nothing excessively analog in the instruments of these two videos. In the 80s all kind of synthesis methods were already coexisting in peace. A bit like today btw.

Most sounds are more reminiscent of the golden age of the DCOs than VCOs btw. I'll take a look at 80s Roland and Korg gear like the DW series, or the Alpha Juno, even Jx10P and the likes.

And an even closer look to heavy chorus, flanger, phaser and distorsion effects, wich seem to be even more important for the signature of the sound.

I'd say that a combination of a synth like Dune, an FM synth like the FM8, and a DCO analog synth like the Xils Synthix should give you a large part of the sounds. For the effects, well there's a big choice. Better choose heavy ones.

I would not rely these sounds intimately to Italo Disco, wich have imho a much cleaner and powerfull sound, and more sophisticated melodic and harmonic structures, but let's say it might be seen as a cousin you visit twice a year. There's a relationship, but you have to dig a bit to find it. As for the drums, Drumulator samples could be a nice basis.

Since you don't seem to know much about sound synthesis, I'd recommend that you check out Nexus, with an expansion like FM:

This should get you started with 80's sounds.

BTW. Please edit and remove the "Italo" word in the subject title - the music you link to in the Youtube videos have very little in common with Italo disco music.

If you want to hear proper high quality Italo disco music, here's a track that captures the essence of the entire 80's spirit in that genre:

And if you're ready for the extension of Italo disco (i.e. where it went after the mid-80's era), you'll need to explore the Eurobeat genre - pretty "hard" stuff that you might like:

This is REAL Italo Disco:

Stasera la luna, ci porterà fortuna, la luna!

Indeed, that's the original Italian roots of the genre.

However, when italo disco migrated to other European countries, it transformed itself a bit. Much of the Stock/Aitken/Waterman sound could be regarded as Italo disco, so could pure melodical versions like Koto:

Gotta love that bass (Casio CZ-101)...

Also much of the demoscene music from the Amiga/Atari/C64 was influenced by Italo disco vibes:
