EXTREME Frustration ...

... with lack of ANY kind of MIDI Sync capabilities in Tracktion.
Frankly, when I bought Tracktion, this was something I didn't even check for, as it seemed to me to be a "standard feature" for this product category. Sortof like having a square-wave in a synth ... no way it could be missing.
Arrrgh.
I can't complain too much, as Tracktion is such an overall excellent product. I'm just frustratted as hell and need to vent one time.
If there are any pluggins that might at least provide me a MIDI Clock or MTC out ... PLEASE chime in.

I have to agree. I love Tracktion, but MIDI sync is a total requirement for me at this point to make it my central hub for all of my recordings. I have a lot of external gear that is better suited to be sequenced by its own internal generators (Old drum machines etc.) and I really want to be able to sync them up so that I can at least record them like I do my VST instruments. I don't know if I'm speaking for many, but I would pay well for a feature like this.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Yip, this is the biggie issue for me too. Never found a good way to make it happen with any plugins or tricks either. I did figure out a way to a MIDI start message start recording in Tracktion, but then the tempo between Tracktion and my gear 'drifts' so it doesn't really work in practice. You can tweak the tempo in Traction to match outboard gear...120bpm on my Electribe ER1 = 119.72bpm in Traction!
