Yes, if you have an audio interface for your iPad. Sync and automation could be done via Network Midi. A combined audio/midi interface should work too.Starik wrote:Hello, is there a way to use/sync Turnado iPad app with Ableton?
But it does not have the ease of use and timing of Turnado "desktop" version.

It looks like a midi interface, not an audio and midi interface...Starik wrote:This should work then? http://www.iconnectivity.com/iConnectMIDI2plus

I got the iconnectmidi2+. It has an option called audio-pass-through.
So you can send midi to the ipad and get the audio from the ipad into the computer and use whatever converters you have there. This all works quite well.
The only thing i did not get to work yet is to pass audio from the computer into the ipad which it should do according to iconnectivity.

I think this would be an all in one solution: http://www.apogeedigital.com/products/duet.php

It doesn't work simultaneously with laptop and iPad. I already have Duet for Mac and shelling out another $700 just to get Turnado running is definitely not a solution unless it works for both Mac and iPad. If you have any other suggestions would really appreciate it. [/quote]I think this would be an all in one solution: http://www.apogeedigital.com/products/duet.php
