I was hoping someone on here could help me out on what to do next with my little predicament. I bought WOW2 two weekends ago and never received any serial or correspondence from them at all. The transaction clearly went through and has shown up on my credit card statement. I just sent my 3rd email to them hoping to get some kind of answer...

The last thing I want to do is dispute the charge with my CC company and I feel somewhat terrible about this, though I'm not quite sure what else I can do at this point :(

Does anyone have a better way of contacting them or know what else I should try next? Thanks in advance!

The serials usually come through pretty quickly. It's been a while since I bought anything but I think the serials are automated. My guess is that their emails aren't getting through to you. So try a PM here to 'Sugar Bytes' assuming they don't simply spot this thread.

Will do..to be clear, I used the contact form on their website to email them...nothing in my spam folder either.

I've have something similar happen with another vendor - for no apparent reason the emails weren't getting through to me, not even to the spam folder. It just happens sometimes. This is assuming that it's the email system that's at fault, but it looks like it is in this case. Using PMs simply provides an alternative to losing more emails.

Hi,

we received all your emails and we already answered several times.
If you still do not receive an activation key (or a reply to a message sent to us) please check the possibility to write to us with (or from) an alternative email address.
Sorry, for the trouble!

No worries at all, not sure why they never got through. Thanks for the prompt response!
