I sent a request 6 days ago and paid the $15 fee to you guys but the guy who bought it from me tells me he did not receive his license yet.

Nvm just checked my email. Will reply to your message there. I think some miscommunication happened on my end because I sent the transfer request to you in my paypal message when I paid you the transfer fee.
