Well, let look at it from another angle (plug) :

BUT

One can actually LOOK at them (even if one can't make anything out of the interface)

SweetTone\SonEQ PRO will make you look for your Dexamol ....

Not to bothered by the interface to be honest... But I will say, that this is one of the finest EQ's I've used so far.

And for the price, it's an absolute steal!

+1 although I'm an EQuilibrium addict.
...and GUI doesn't matter in this case (at least for me).

Yeah, I'm another EQuilibrium addict too.

And the SonEQ is a nice little addition.

The interface is only a problem for me, when it is hard to use or just gets in the way of creativity, so to speak.

Sound performance is paramount as far as I'd be concerned. While a cool looking gui is just a 'nice to have'.

The most interesting thing is that in the blind test I selected Pro-Q over EQuilibrium.

Iv been loving this EQ, even the design has grown on me. They seem to have taken 5 different EQ and mixed them into one. From what I can tell they are inspired by:

Low End Bands = Pultec EQP-1A
Low End Bell (maximum Q) = SSL E Channel Low end bell

Low Mid Band = API 550A (Hi Q = 4x narrower bell )
High Mid Band = Neve 1073

High Band = MaagEQ4

Two and three posts before mine was something mentioned, I didn't quoted...
I like EQuilibrium too but in the blind test was something else.. Just trying to stay unbiased before buy something.
