There'll be plenty 8)

That made me chuckle :D (HIERISTES = hier ist es = here it is)

This little entry tells a whole story of a desperate debugging session.

I am so glad I made the decision to purchase both the Zebra 2 + Diva over the Access Virus TI.

What underpriced synths. Thank you so much U-He.

I'm glad we removed most swear words from the logs :hihi:

Kaboom75, thanks for the explanation I'll give it a try. I just wanted to get the original supersaw as I've never used a JP-8000!

Good catch. Another bug I noticed, possibly related:

When you have any Diva parameter automated (at least in Studio One and Live), simply opening the plugin GUI sends the host a "parameter has been changed manually" message. For example, in Studio One, when an automation lane is in Read mode, opening the GUI stops the corresponding control following the automation envelope, as the host erroneously interprets the situation as if the user had just adjusted the control manually.

In a situation like this, the user needs to "reset" the parameter change state, for example by (after opening the GUI) stopping the project and then resuming playback.

I double checked this in Ableton Live, and sure enough, having a parameter automated and then opening the GUI causes Live to switch to "parameter has been changed manually" state, highlighting the "Return to arrangement" button in the main control bar. This means that the plugin has now stopped following the present automation, because an automated parameter has been manually adjusted. More specifically, in this case it erroneously thinks this has happened, because the GUI has been opened.

Edit: actually, the current Zebra, ACE and Uhbiks seem to do the same , oh dang.

If anyone who wants to try a classic, trancy supersaw sound: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/783 ... Trance.zip

Defintely use MW, PB, AT and Breath control with that preset.
The preset uses the new osc and filter and the arp.

Cheers

I have done my own Init patch for the Supersaw (includes the new digital oscillator, the new Uhbie filter, the Jupiter HPF and the digital envelopes):

Fixed the tune/lfo timing bug. Was an oversight on our side where a rounding error was fixed, but a workaround for said rounding error was still in the code - thus creating a new rounding error

Thanks, Howard. :)

That one is mostly for the Supersaw as the two shape knobs are not at default (Multi at maximum and Detune at 50%). For other oscilator modes setting them to the default value could be necessary.
Maybe i'll do an Init patch for each of the new osc shapes...
